Standard Scope of Services:
Project Manage all elements of the office relocation relevant to the computing and infrastructure environment.
Create a detailed project plan that will determine the milestones, timeline, task assignments and overall flow of the project.
Work with our clients, Moving Companies, Telecommunication providers and any other 3rd party vendors to coordinate the scheduling and successful completion of tasks per the project plan.
Provide regular status updates on the overall progress of the project.
Function as a technical liaison between our clients and Equilibrium for any matters that require attention during the project term.
Review and verify low voltage requirements and installation.
Review and verify server room and data closet requirements and installation.
Assist in planning, installation, configuration and testing of data and voice circuits.
Assist in the planning, installation, configuration and testing of wireless infrastructure (if applicable).
Assist in the planning, installation, configuration and testing of video conferencing capabilities (if applicable).
Assist in the planning, installation, configuration and testing of LCD projectors, flat panel displays or other similar multimedia systems (if applicable).
Assist in the planning, installation, configuration and testing of new printers and copiers (if applicable).
Assist in the planning, installation, configuration and testing of new user workstations, server and network equipment (if applicable).
Assist in the tear down of assets at the old location.
Assist and/or direct the proper packing of equipment for the move.
Assist in the setup, configuration and testing of equipment at the new location.
Create or supplement current state documentation as needed after the move is complete.
Standard Deliverables:
Microsoft Project Plan with all tasks, resource assignments, timelines, and milestones.
Supplemented documentation for the updated current state of the environment.
