In January, all Equilibrium staff members will take some time to think about what they want to get out of life in the year 2010 and put pen to paper to write out their specific goals.
One of Glen Hampton's (Equilibrium's President) favorite management areas is overseeing the staff's Personal & Professional Development Program (PPDP). His philosophy is that when people live balanced lives "Equilibrium", then they are the most happy and the most productive. He works with each Equilibrium staff member on an individual basis to help them set annual goals for their professional growth. On a monthly basis he then checkpoints with them to encourage them to focus on achieving balance across 7 primary areas of life - Health, Spiritual, Family, Business, Education, Social, and Hobbies. His "personal coaching" focuses on aligning the Business and Education areas with their personal interests and Equilibrium's needs. Glen believes Equilibrium is truly a place where people can "climb the ladder of success".
