Michael is the Managing Consultant and Senior Project Manager for Equilibrium IT Solutions, Inc. His primary responsibility is to oversee the flow of current and new initiatives; primarily, the overall impact on the execution and delivery solutions that result. The growth and success of the company is a team effort and based on many concepts surrounding the philosophy of “equilibrium”; a balanced blend of work and personal time. Mr. Costantini works closely with the President of the company to ensure the success of this philosophy.
Mr. Costantini has 20 years experience developing, implementing and executing leadership concepts and management methodologies. Reflective counsel for owners and board members is the key strength in Mr. Costantini’s management style. Success is actualized by driving revenue optimization through project management integration and team development. Michael has extensive experience helping executive management develop thought-leadership strategies and actionable plans for achieving results, with a particular focus on aligning business readiness with team development.
Prior to Equilibrium, Mr. Costantini was the Managing Consultant for Rapid Application Deployment, Inc. (RapidApp); a successful IT consulting firm based in Chicago. Founded by Glen Hampton, the owner of Equilibrium, RapidApp focused on deploying infrastructure projects for fortune 1000 clients. Mike and Glen developed a strong business relationship while working together on many of the underlying strategies and methodologies, still being utilized and honed today at Equilibrium.
Prior to his career in Information Technology, Mr. Costantini was the Director of Operations for California Pizza Kitchen. He project managed all of the Midwest store openings and had day-to-day responsibilities for the operations of 7 stores, 24 managers and over 650 team members.
The greatest achievement for Mr. Costantini was not of his own doing; he is blessed with an intelligent, understanding and beautiful wife. He and his wife Anna have three happy and healthy children.
