A Wisconsin native, Robert began his career in 1998 at LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. formerly known as Rainfair, Inc. as a Network Administrator. In 2002 he relocated to Chicago to join U.S. Cellular as a Systems Administrator. Robert studied Business Administration at University of Phoenix and Roosevelt University in Chicago. Robert has earned several technical certifications including Microsoft’s MCSE, Citrix’s CCA and VMware’s VCP certifications.
Robert joined Equilibrium in June of 2005 as a Systems Engineer. As the company grew Robert’s role quickly shifted and he became Equilibrium’s first Managing Consultant. Robert oversaw the engineering group and worked to mature Equilibrium’s overall delivery practice. Looking for another challenge, in January 2007 Robert started the journey of transitioning into a full time sales role. The opportunity allowed Robert to share his enthusiasm for technology and business to help transform the way businesses manage and leverage technology. Robert feverishly believes in Equilibrium’s unique consulting methodology and position in the marketplace as the only truly vendor neutral “Trusted Technology Consulting” firm.
Besides Sales, Robert actively participates in the overall development of the business. Robert has specifically contributed heavily in the development of Equilibrium’s overall message and marketing efforts. He has been a key player in the continued growth and success of Equilibrium’s business and technical practices. He is driven to help those around him grow, learn and participate in the planning, implementation and support of world class IT solutions. Above all, Robert seeks to have fun growing and excelling with those around him. Nothing satisfies him more than seeing others dream big and succeed in their personal and professional lives.
Robert enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, music, attending sporting events and motorcycle riding. Robert resides in Des Plaines with wife Julie. Robert is a member of Executives’ Club of Chicago.
