Utilizing outdated equipment with a service provider who was not familiar with the latest technologies available to the unique and specific health care industry. Having outgrown their existing provider’s abilities Equilibrium IT Solutions helped transition to a more reliable platform that better services while positioning the organization for future growth.
Strategic Approach:
- An IT Business Plan was conducted that produced a 3-5 year strategic IT Business Plan for the business. The IT Business Plan helped to prioritize and address short and long term infrastructure goals. This also determined the most appropriate way forward for the organization.
- IT Services Program to develop and support the business environment throughout the year. The IT Services program helps the business make incremental progress on the overall goals of the business.
- Best Practice Administration (BPA) ensures systems are maintained properly by ensuring that routine maintenance is completed on a regular and timely basis.
- Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 build and implementation.
- Equilibrium Systems Monitoring (ESM) for proactive monitoring and management of key assets.
Results:
