Insurance
Equilibrium provides comprehensive medical and dental insurance benefits to keep you and your family healthy. We also offer plans to protect your family in the event of death or disability.
Medical/Dental Benefits
Health insurance is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Our health insurance plans offer access to regional PPO provider networks across the country, as well as out-of-network providers. The plan also includes a mail order prescription option and basic vision coverage. Dental insurance is provided through MetLife. Equilibrium pays 100 percent of monthly premiums for the employee, so the employee only has to pay for the spouse or family portion of the monthly premiums.
Life/AD&D and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Employees receive life and accidental death/dismemberment insurance. Employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from their start date. You can also provide additional protection for you and your family by purchasing supplemental group life and accidental death/dismemberment insurance at group rates.
401K Plan
Equilibrium offers a generous 401k plan to all employees.
Professional Development Program (PDP)
Equilibrium offers an extensive Professional Development Program to all employees. This optional benefit to all employees helps individuals to set and track to professional development objectives in areas of soft skill development and technical growth.
